Deleted Content

Manage Deleted | Edit, restore, or purge deleted content items.

Prerequisites: Users require moderator+ permissions in the folio, sub-folio, module, or module item to access this area.

If users delete content from the folio's modules, the content items display in the Deleted view and don't display to users in the module.

Warning: Deleted Inbox items don't display in the Deleted view. Cartella permanently deletes items in the Inbox view.

Use this view to restore, purge, or edit deleted content items.

Note: Sub-folio items don't display in the parent folio's Deleted view.

From the Deleted view, users with permissions can go to the content item's view and view the item, breadcrumbs, associated categories, and posted comments.

Note: Deleted items display the following message:
This item is deleted.
Note: If you access a specific module's Deleted view, the view displays only deleted items within the module.
