Restoring Submissions

How to Restore Sub-Folio Submissions | Restore deleted content items to their sub-folio modules.

Prerequisites: Users require moderator+ permissions in the parent folio or sub-folio to complete this task.

Restore deleted items to display in their sub-folio's modules. Clicking Restore automatically approves the content item.

Warning: Purged items cannot be restored.

To restore a deleted content item:

Log in to Cartella.
Navigate to [name-of-folio] > [name-of-sub-folio] > Manage > Deleted.
Click Restore in content item's row.

Fastpath: Site administrators folio administrators, and the item creator can directly restore the submission on the content item's view.

A dialog displays to confirm the content item's restoration.
Click OK.
Cartella restores the content item to the module.
