Downloading CSV Files in Sub-Folios

Prerequisites: Users require folio administrator+ permissions in the parent folio or sub-folio to complete this task.
Note
Users who have both folio and site administrator permissions, see Viewing User Activity Report in Cartella Site Settings for details to download an activity report for the full Cartella site.
Download a CSV file of the sub-folio Activity Report information within the past 30 days.
To download the sub-folio Activity Report CSV:
  1. Log in to Cartella.
  2. Choose one of the following steps.
    • Navigate to [name-of-parent-folio] > [name-of-sub-folio] > Manage > Activity Report.
    • Navigate to [name-of-parent-folio] > Manage > Modules > [name-of-sub-folio] Manage > Activity Report.
  3. Click Download CSV.

    Sample file name of a downloaded CSV file: 131.csv
    Cartella downloads the CSV to your computer.
