CMS 10.6 Synonyms
Once configured, the synonyms search feature returns results for searched terms that are similar in meaning to those in the indexed content.
In Ingeniux CMS 10.5, administrators directly configured synonyms by editing the synonyms.xml file. In CMS 10.6, administrators manage synonym configuration in the area of the CMS. If your organization upgrades to CMS 10.6, administrators can import your previously published synonyms.xml files and continue to manage synonyms via .

After executing a publish to a publishing target, the CMS
writes synonyms.xml to [Drive]:[path-to-CMS
root-directory]\site\App_Data\pub\staging\settings of in CMS installation as part of
the publishing routine.
