Security in Administration
Administrators can control which groups and users have access to CMS operations and objects in the Administration area. See the tables for details about specific authorization settings.

| Page Creation Rules (PCRs) | Determine the PCRs that groups and users can choose to create content items. Define which schema and workflow applies to each rule. |
| Workflows | Determine which users and groups have access to execute actions or access content items only under specific conditions. |
| Publishing Targets | Determine which groups can check in, mark for publish, or publish content to individual targets. |
| Publishing Profiles | Determine which groups can check in, mark for publish, or publish content to individual profiles. |
| Taxonomy Categories | Determine which groups can access individual categories. |
