This method is invoked before all Assets under the Recycle Folder are permanently removed.

Parameters

recycleFolder  IAssetFolder
The Recycle Folder content item.
session  IUserSession
The session that must be used to perform tasks on additional objects.
Remarks
When this action is invoked, the objects involved have yet to be saved to the Content Store.
