The Spring-Summer 2025 Software Release is Now Available

The Spring-Summer 2025 Release of Ingeniux CMS is now available to customers for early access!

This software release is particularly exciting because it introduces a new AI content configuration interface that gives content teams access to three AI-powered workspaces—Content, Metadata, and Taxonomy—for smarter, faster, and more effective content operations.

All the new features and functionality that are being rolled out in this release have undergone extensive internal QA. While this version is production-ready, we’re continuing to evaluate real-world use cases and encourage customers to work with our team as they explore new features.

What's New in the Spring-Summer 2025 Release

OpenAI GPT-4.1

• Upgrade to OpenAI GPT-4 for more accurate, nuanced, and reliable AI-powered content generation.

New AI Content Configuration Interface

Content Tab

• Mass generate or optimize page and component text fields.

Metadata Tab

• Auto-generate SEO-friendly metadata for each page.
• AI can now identify metadata fields automatically, streamlining setup and ensuring consistent field-level metadata generation.

Taxonomy Tab

• Receive smart category suggestions with visual path controls.
• Generate AI-powered category suggestions based on existing page content.
• Define scope of analysis within site tree to improve category suggestions.

Enhanced Page-Level AI Optimization

• Leverage contextual awareness, including field names, help text, and existing content, for smarter AI suggestions.

Smarter Custom Prompts + Enhancements

• Enhance and refine AI-generated content by applying keywords, topics, audience, and tone for every AI interaction.

Customizable Content Scope and Suggestions

• Decide whether AI should consider existing content when generating new values.
• Control taxonomy suggestions by limiting AI analysis to specific category branches.
• View taxonomy category paths with adjustable levels of detail.

Multi-Field AI Generation

• Select multiple fields and generate relevant content or metadata simultaneously from a single prompt.

How to Upgrade

Hosted Customers

All customers on Ingeniux CMS 10.6 simply need to submit a support ticket with a request to upgrade to the Spring-Summer 2025 Release. From there, a support engineer will reach out to schedule a time to perform the upgrade, enable the AI-module (if it has not yet been enabled), and deploy the API code that supports the new features detailed above. In this scenario, a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) period will likely not be necessary, but we will confirm after a quick audit of your environment.

Customers who are on CMS 10.5 or lower should reach out to their Account Manager or submit a support ticket to request an upgrade to the latest version of the Ingeniux CMS. Our team will be in touch shortly thereafter with next steps and an estimated timeline for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Non-Hosted Customers

Follow these steps to get the latest software version:

1. Review Installation Prerequisites: Ensure your environment meets the necessary System Requirements.
2. Consult Documentation: Familiarize yourself with the Release Notes and Installation Guide.
3. Download the Update: Access the latest version/build from the Ingeniux Product Downloads.
4. Test Environment Evaluation: Implement the update in a test environment to assess compatibility and performance.
5. Production Deployment: After successful testing, proceed with the production environment upgrade.
