CMS 10.6: Error Prevents User Group "Security Root Pages" Tab from Loading
In CMS 10.6, the user group "Security Root Pages" tab throws an "Invalid grid data: Page data overflow" error when the group has permissions to many content items, asset items, and folders. This error prevents the security root pages list from loading.
Statement of Issue
In CMS 10.6, if a user group has permissions to many individual content items, asset items, and folders, an error prevents the group's Security Root Pages tab list from loading in Administration > Users/Groups > Groups.

Symptoms
When you click the group's Security Root Pages tab, the content item list does not load, and an error occurs similar to the following:
Error: Invalid grid data: Page data overflow.
