CMS 10.6.308–10.6.378: Schema Downloads Exclude AI Module Help Text
When you download a schema of any type from CMS 10.6.308–10.6.378 Schema Designer, the exported schema XML file does not include AI Content Generation Help Text values.
Statement of Issue
When you download any schema from CMS 10.6.308–10.6.378 Schema Designer that includes AI Content Generation Help Text, the downloaded XML file will not retain the field value of the help text. As a result, if you upload the schema to a CMS, the original AI help text value will not be imported.
Note
The AI help text feature is part of the Ingeniux AI external module. Only plain text and XHTML elements contain this field.
Resolution
CMS 10.6.492 resolves this issue. Consider upgrading.
