About Ingeniux Training
Ensuring our customers have the knowledge and resources necessary to successfully use the Ingeniux CMS platform is our top priority, which is why we’ve developed a robust training program that meets the unique needs of each of our customers.
Every Ingeniux CMS implementation is unique, tailored to the specific requirements and goals of the customer. It follows that training should align with the custom nature of each implementation so that you and your team can hit the ground running once you’re ready to get to work in the platform.
Our training team is experienced in working with customers to define a training program that aligns with an organization’s needs, team, and capabilities. We provide a holistic list of training opportunities – from fundamentals to advanced development – all of which can be customized to meet your needs.
What to Expect
While no training is exactly the same, what you can typically expect is a combination of teacher-led instruction and time to practice what was taught. We always encourage 1-1 time with the teacher and questions to ensure that lessons are being absorbed.
Once you’ve requested training, we will schedule a discovery meeting to discuss your goals, requirements, and expected outcomes for the training. From there, we’ll develop a curriculum that meets your needs and provide a quote. Once approved, we’ll send you a Work Order to sign and begin to prepare for your training.
If your training is part of a larger project where training has already been contracted, the process will be much the same but with some differences in the billing process.

Ingeniux training hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST. Additional fees may apply to requests for trainings outside of our standard training hours.
