CMS 10.5–10.6.308: Site Migrator Error Prevents "Pack and Download" Action

Statement of Issue

After you complete the fields to pack your content, the Pack and Download action finishes the packaging process but throws a "Could not find a part of the path" error in Apps > Site Migrator > Pack. This error prevents the new package from downloading to your file system in CMS 10.5–10.6.308.

Workaround

As a workaround, you can download the package from the Unpack tab.

To download the package:

1. Navigate to Apps > Site Migrator > Unpack.
2. In the Select a package... field, choose the package you want to download from the drop-down list.
3. Click the Download Package button to download the package .zip to your local file system.
