Ingeniux CMS Development & Implementation

Overview

This course is the entry point for developing the skills needed to develop new pages and components in Ingeniux CMS. Lessons will provide the knowledge necessary for developers to build out their Ingeniux CMS to deliver specific functionality requirements, like creating and modifying schemas for pages and components. Participants will also get a strong introduction to the ASP.NET framework with a focus on the view layer in MVC.

• Define and create site-wide conventions
• Work with embedded components
• Work with Visual Studio Express
• Work with the Razor View Engine
• Work in the ASP.NET framework and MVC
• Pull XML data into the view layer in MVC
• Set up a MVC runtime
• Migrate mark up in the CMS
• Implement presentation content units for use with Page Builder

Supplemental Materials

Each participant will receive a copy of the Ingeniux Learner Guide along with a week of access to a server beginning immediately after training ends, and a week of Q&A access to an Ingeniux trainer.
