Using Basic Group Search in Folios

Prerequisites: Users require folio administrator+ permissions in the folio to complete this task.
Note
Users who have both folio and site administrator permissions, see Using Basic Group Search in Cartella Site Settings for details use basic search for global groups.

Use basic search to filter groups associated with the specific folio in the Groups table.

To perform a basic search for folio groups:
  1. Log in to Cartella.
  2. Navigate to [name-of-folio] > Manage > Groups.
  3. Optional: Select a header in the drop-down list to search in a specific column.
  4. Enter the keyword in the Search field.

    Search results display in the Groups table.
    Note
    Click Clear Search to reset the search.
