At the Publishing Profiles tab, you can configure a publishing profile that automatically publishes to multiple targets. You can also determine which user groups have access to this profile.

To configure a new publishing profile, go to Publishing > Publishing Profiles and click New Publishing Profile.

Enter a name for the profile, then click Add to add publishing targets. Select targets from the dialog that opens, and click Ok. Clicking the x button deletes publishing targets.

Publishing Profile Security

The Publishing Profiles > Security tab is nearly identical to the Publishing Targets > Security tab. To add groups to, and remove groups from, the selected publishing profile, drag the groups between the Security pane and the Available Groups pane.

When you’re finished configuring the Info and Security tabs, click Save to save your new publishing profile.
