At System Options > Publishing > Structured URL Maps Version Control, you can set the maximum number of URL maps the system will keep.

To set this value, click the Upper Limit box and enter an integer. (The default value is 50.) Alternately, you can click the up or down arrows. 

Click Save to commit your changes.
