Workflow Templates

Workflows Designer provides templates to streamline the workflow creation process. Templates contain pre-configured workstates, transitions, and workstate-transition relationships. To create a workflow based on a template, see Creating Workflows for details.

Each template requires the administrator to associate user groups. See Creating Transitions for details. Modify templates to best suit workflow and team collaboration needs.

Note

Administrators can copy existing workflows with their workstates, transitions, relationships, and associated groups to create new workflows. See Copying Workflows for details.
