Exporting PCRs

Prerequisites: See PCR Prerequisites for details.
You can export the PCR (page creation rule) list as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
To export PCRs:
  1. Navigate to Administration > Page Creation Rules.

    Export PCR List

  2. Click the Export Page Creation Rules List... icon in the top right corner of the Page Creations Rules Manager. Ingeniux_CMS_PageCreationRules.xls downloads to your system.
    Additional Information

    Columns in Ingeniux_CMS_PageCreationRules.xls include the following data types:

    Data TypeDescription
    IDID of PCR.
    NameFriendly name of PCR.
    Translated NamePCR name translated to another language.
    Schema NameName of schema associated with the PCR.
    Translated Schema NameTranslated name of schema associated with the PCR.
    Workflow Definition NameName of workflow associated with the PCR.
    Translated Workflow Definition NameTranslated name of workflow associated with the PCR.
    Parent PagesTotal parent pages associated with the PCR.
    GroupsTotal user groups who have access to the PCR.
    UsersTotal users who have access to the PCR.
    Note
    This total excludes users who have access via their group membership.
