Favorites

The Favorites feature provides links to pages, components, and folders marked as favorites. Use this area to bookmark links to content that you visit often or to include a page or folder that contains the list of pages you normally work on.

In CMS 10.5, users can add asset item and asset folders as favorites.

To add content items as Favorites:
  1. Click the orange Favorites. A slide-out area displays.
  2. Enter an xID in the field provided.
  3. Click the Add Favorite (+) icon. The new ID displays as a favorite.

    In CMS 10.5, this field also accepts asset item and asset folder IDs. Site items display in the Pages list, and Asset items display in the Asset Items list.

    Tip
    Alternatively, you can mark content items as favorites by selecting the Add to Favorites (star) icon in the top right corner of the content item in the Site Tree or Assets Tree. When selected, the star icon turns yellow. To remove the content item as a favorite, clear the icon.

To remove items from the Favorites list:

  • In CMS 10.0-10.3, click the minus (-) icon associated with the list item. The system removes the list item from Favorites.
  • In CMS 10.5, click the trash can icon associated with the list item. The system removes the list item from Favorites.
