By default, components are only published when they are marked for publish, regardless of whether they are referenced by a page that will be published. At System Options > CMS > Component Publish Setting, you can configure your CMS so that all components referenced by marked-for-publish pages are published, even if the components themselves aren’t marked for publish.

To set all components referenced by mark-for-publish pages to publish, enable the Publish all referred components check box.

Click Save to commit your changes.
