Viewing Workflow History

Workflow history shows all assignments and transitions for the selected page as it has moved through workflow. Workflow history is only available for pages that are in workflow.

To view workflow history:

Navigate to Site > Site Tree.
In the Site Tree, right-click the page of interest.
Choose Show History. The Show History dialog displays.
The Workflow History dialog displays information such as when the page was added to workflow, the transition and state of workflow, assignments, and any workflow-related comments.
