Assigning Assets

To assign an asset:
  1. Navigate to Assets > Assets Tree.
  2. Select an asset in the Assets Tree.
  3. Click Assign To.
    The Assign To menu displays.

  4. Select one of the following options:
    OptionDescription
    MeSelecting Me assigns the asset to yourself, and then you can edit the page.
    UserSelecting User opens a dialog that prompts you to select a particular user. Names shown in blue are currently logged in to the system.
    GroupSelecting Group opens a dialog that prompts you to select a particular group.
  5. Click OK.
