Removing Parent Pages from PCRs

In the Parent Pages tab of the Page Creation Rules Manager, administrators can remove parent pages from page creation rule (PCR) configurations.

Tip

Users with appropriate PCR permissions in the Site Tree can remove PCR parent page configurations from individual content items. See PCR Contexts for details.

To remove a parent page from a PCR:

Navigate to Administration > Page Creation Rules.
Select the appropriate rule from the Page Creation Rules list.
Select the Parent Pages tab.
Select the parent page that you want to remove from the PCR manager. Use CTRL+Click to multi-select pages.
Click the Remove the parent page minus (-) button. The parent page no longer displays in the Parent Pages list.
Click Save.
