After an administrator has completed the initial user setup, users can perform the following actions to their own profile information:
- View and editing profiles
- Change passwords
- Change privacy settings
Site administrators can use Creating Modules on New Accounts to create modules directly within user profiles. These modules are only associated with the user and not folios. In this one case, if modules display in the user's profile and the user has at least Has Seat permissions in their user settings, the user automatically has folio administrator permissions for the module. These permissions apply regardless of whether or not a site administrator gives them folio administrator permissions via roles or user settings.
