Email Management
Prerequisites:
Cartella must access a network SMTP server when a user account is created and when a user requests a new password.
Warning
If the SMTP information is incorrect, users cannot receive system-generated
passwords and cannot log in. If you reset a user password without the correct SMTP
information, contact Ingeniux.
Configure a Cartella site to send emails to a specified pick-up directory and customize Cartella’s default email templates, or add new templates.

Cartella user interface or in Web.config. See Advanced Setup: Configuring Email to configure
search via Web.config, configure a specified pick-up directory and
customize Cartella's default email templates.
