Hiding Group Table Headers in Sub-Folios


Prerequisites: Users require folio administrator+ permissions in the parent folio or sub-folio to complete this task.

Make columns hidden in the Groups table for sub-folios. Available column headers and information types include:

  • Name: Group's name.
  • Folio: Group's associated folio.
  • Created On: Date of the group's creation.
  • Updated On: Date of the group's last modification.
  • User Count: Group's total members.
  • Users: Access point to manage the group's members.
  • Edit: Access points to change the group's name and delete the group.

To hide column headers in the sub-folio Groups table:
  1. Log in to Cartella.
  2. Choose one of the following steps.
    • Navigate to [name-of-parent-folio] > [name-of-sub-folio] > Manage > Groups.
    • Navigate to [name-of-parent-folio] > Manage > Modules > [name-of-sub-folio] Manage > Groups.
  3. Click Headers.
    The Choose Headers dialog displays.
  4. Select the header(s) to remove in the Selected Choices list.

    Click CTRL+Shift to select multiple headers.
    Note
    Dimmed headers in the Available Choices list display in the Groups table.
  5. Click the left arrow button.

    The headers move from the Selected Choices list to the Available Choices list.
  6. Click OK.
    Cartella hides the headers from the Groups table.
