Viewing Group Content Assignments

Prerequisites: Ingeniux CMS 10.5 must be installed. See CMS Statistics to check the site version.

In Ingeniux CMS 10.5, administrators can view content items currently assigned to groups.

To view group content item assignments:

  1. Navigate to Administration > Users/Groups > Groups.
  2. Click the Assignments tab. A table displays content items assigned to the group.

    The table displays the following information:
    Column NameDescription
    PageName of the content item assigned to the group.
    Tip
    Click the name to navigate to the content item.
    IDID associated with the content item.
    Checked inIf a checkmark displays, the content item is checked in. If no checkmark displays, the content item is checked out.
    Marked for publishIf a checkmark displays, the content item is marked for publish to one or more publishing targets. If no checkmark displays, the content item is not marked for publish to any publishing targets.
    Current WorkstateIf the content item associates with a workflow, the item's current workstate displays.
