Removing Permissions

How to Remove Sub-Folio Permissions | Remove roles from groups and users.

Prerequisites: Users require folio administrator+ permissions in the parent folio or sub-folio to complete this task.

Removing groups and users from roles cancels their associated sub-folio permissions.

Note: On the Permissions view, dimmed, italicized users and groups with asterisks indicate inherited role permissions from a parent folio.

Restriction: Folio administrators cannot remove inherited parent folio permissions from descendant entities. Locate and remove inherited permissions from the parent folio entity where the folio administrator originally assigned them.
