Displaying User Table Headers

Prerequisites: Users require site administrator permissions to complete this task.

Make columns visible in the User Management table. Available column headers and information types include:

Login NameUser's login ID.
Full NameUser's first and last name.
Created OnDate of the user's creation.
Email AddressUser's email address associated with Cartella.
Has SeatUser's seat status.
Is AdminUser's administrator status.
Last Login DateDate of the user's last Cartella login.
Reset PasswordAccess point to reset the user's password.
EditAccess points to edit or delete the user.

Click the headers to sort the columns in ascending or descending order in the User Management table.
To display column headers in the User Management table:
  1. Log in to Cartella.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Users.
  3. Click Headers.

    The Choose Headers dialog displays.
  4. Optional: Enter the initial letters of the header in the Search field.
    1. Click Filter.
      Cartella filters headers in the Available Choices list.
  5. Select the header(s) to add in the Available Choices list.
    Click CTRL+Shift to select multiple headers.
    If applicable, use the page arrows to navigate to headers.
  6. Click the right arrow button.

    Select Headers to Display

    The headers move from the Available Choices list to the Selected Choices list.
  7. Click OK.
    Cartella displays the headers in the User Management table.
