Activating WorldView Translation Workflows

Prerequisites:

Administrators, see Translation Prerequisites for details.

WorldView contains two pre-made workflows that you can turn on out of the box: Master Page Workflow for Translation and Clone Page Workflow for Translation. The design of these workflows make the translation process straightforward and transparent.

Note

Only administrators can change WorldView settings and execute the clone operations (i.e., Paste as Clone, Paste New Region Root).

To activate the WorldView workflows:

Navigate to Administration > System Options > CMS > WorldView.
In the Content Localization Workflows area, click Create Workflows for WorldView Content Localization System. An informational dialog displays.
Click OK. Ingeniux CMS generates the Master Page Workflow for Translation and Clone Page Workflow for Translation workflows.
Additional Information
You can rename the workflows to best suit your team's needs. If you need to regenerate the workflows, delete the WorldView workflows and repeat this task.
Navigate to Administration > Workflows Designer to access the new translation workflows.
