Displaying Group Table Headers in Cartella Site Settings

How to Display Group Headers | Display information in the Group Management table.

Prerequisites: Users require site administrator permissions to complete this task.
Note: Users require folio administrator+ permissions to the folio to display folio or sub-folio specific group table headers. See one of the following for details:

Make columns visible in the Group Management table.

Note: All headers display in the table by default.
Available column headers and information types include:

Name Group's name.
Folio Group's associated folio.
Created On Date of the group's creation.
Updated On Date of the group's last modification.
User Count Group's total members.
Users Access point to manage the group's members.
Edit Access points to change the group's name and delete the group.
Note: Click the headers to sort the columns in ascending or descending order in the Group Management table.
To display a column header in the Group Management table:
  1. Log in to Cartella.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Groups.
  3. Click Headers.

    The Choose Headers dialog displays.
  4. Optional: Enter the initial characters of the header in the Search field. Click Filter.
    Note: Cartella only filters headers by initial characters.

  5. Select the header(s) to add in the Available Choices list.
    Note: Click CTRL+Shift to select multiple headers.
    Note: If applicable, use the page arrows to navigate to headers.
  6. Click the right arrow button.

    Select Headers to Display

    The headers move from the Available Choices list to the Selected Choices list.
  7. Click OK.
    Cartella displays the headers in the Group Management table.
