Adding Members to Groups in Cartella Site Settings


Prerequisites: Users require site administrator permissions to complete this task.
Note
Users require folio administrator+ permissions to the folio to add members in folio- and sub-folio specific groups. See one of the following for details:

Give users group memberships. In specific Cartella areas where a group has assigned permissions, its members have joint content management responsibilities and share levels. In the Multiple Selection dialog lists, the users' full names and login names display.

Note
Site Administrators can add deleted users that haven't been purged to user groups.

To add members to a user group:
  1. Log in to Cartella.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Groups.
  3. Click Users in the group's table row.

    The Multiple Selection dialog displays.
  4. Optional: Enter the initial letters of the user's username or name in the Search field. Click Filter.
    Cartella filters users in the Available Choices list.
  5. Select the user(s) to add in the Available Choices list.
    Note
    Click CTRL+Shift to select multiple users.
  6. Click the right arrow button.

    The users move from the Available Choices list to the Selected Choices list.
  7. Click OK.
    Cartella adds the users as members to the group.
