Reordering Group Table Headers in Folios

Prerequisites: Users require folio administrator+ permissions in the folio to complete this task.

Users who have both folio and site administrator permissions, see Reordering Group Table Headers in Cartella Site Settings for details to reorder table headers in global groups.

Move columns to organize information in the Groups table for sub-folios.

To reorder a column header in the folio Groups table:

  1. Log in to Cartella.
  2. Navigate to [name-of-folio] > Manage > Groups.
  3. Click Headers.
    The Choose Headers dialog displays.
  4. Select the header(s) to reorder in the Selected Choices list.
  5. Choose one of the following steps.
    • Click the up arrow to move the columns up in the order.
    • Click the down arrow to move the columns down in the order.

  6. Click OK.
    Cartella reorders the headers in the Groups table.
