CMS 10.0–10.5 Marking Content Unit Versions for Publish

Prerequisites:

Administrators must complete prerequisites to enable user access to the Design tab. See Page Builder Prerequisites for details.
The content unit must be associated with a view saved in the Assets Tree.

Choose which version of the view to mark for publish in each publishing target. The dialog displays available publishing targets, versions, and the view's asset ID. Users can use the ID to identify the view and locate it in the Assets Tree.

To choose which version to mark for publish:

Navigate to Site > Site Tree.
In the Site Tree, select or create a page with the layout you want to edit.
Check out the page.
Click the Design tab.
The Design Presentation pane opens to the right of the Design tab workspace.
Click the Content Units area in the Design Presentation pane.
Locate the content unit with the view you wish to edit. Click the Preview Content Unit icon.
The Preview Content Unit dialog displays.
Click View Versioning.
The Content Unit View Version History dialog displays.
Click Change publish marks.
The Mark/Unmark Assets for Publish dialog displays.
Select or clear the Marked for Publish checkbox, and select the desired version to publish for each publishing target.
Click OK.
