Deleting Ideas

Prerequisites: Users require at least one of the following:
  • Users require moderator+ permissions for the module to complete this task.
  • Users require contributor+ permissions for the module and must be the item creator to complete this task.

If you have the appropriate permissions, you can delete an idea in its Idea module.

To delete an idea within an Idea module:
  1. Log in to Cartella.
  2. Navigate to the folio where you will delete an idea within its Idea module.
  3. In the folio module navigation, click Idea.
    The Idea area opens.

  4. In the Idea area, click Delete.
    The Confirm dialog displays.
  5. Click OK only if you are sure you want to delete this idea.
    Important
    Folio administrators and moderators with permissions can restore deleted ideas. See Restoring Submissions for details.
