Removing Permissions

Prerequisites: Users require folio administrator+ permissions in the parent folio or module to complete this task.

Removing groups and users from roles cancels their associated module permissions.

Note
In the Permissions view, dimmed, italicized users and groups with asterisks indicate inherited role permissions from a parent folio.

Restriction
Folio administrators cannot remove inherited parent folio permissions from descendant entities. Locate and remove inherited permissions from the parent folio entity where the folio administrator originally assigned them.
