Deleting Groups in Folios

Prerequisites: Users require folio administrator+ permissions in the folio to complete this task.
Note
Users who have both folio and site administrator permissions, see Deleting Groups in Cartella Site Settings for details to delete global groups.
Deleting folio groups permanently removes groups from the folio and the Cartella database and cancels all group folio permissions given to members.
Warning
Deleted folio groups cannot be restored.
To a delete folio group:
  1. Log in to Cartella.
  2. Navigate to [name-of-folio] > Manage > Groups.
  3. Choose one of the following steps.
    • Click the remove (-) button in the group's table row.

      Delete Group via Table Icon Button

      • Click Delete.

    • Click the group and select Actions > Delete.

      Note
      Click CTRL+Shift to select multiple groups.
    Cartella deletes the folio group(s).
