Email Management

Prerequisites: Users require site administrator permissions to access this area.

Cartella must access a network SMTP server when a user account is created and when a user requests a new password.

If the SMTP information is incorrect, users cannot receive system-generated passwords and cannot log in. If you reset a user password without the correct SMTP information, contact Ingeniux.

Email View in Settings

Configure a Cartella site to send emails to a specified pick-up directory and customize Cartella’s default email templates, or add new templates.
