Custom Folder
The Custom folder, located in [Site_Root]\Views\Custom, contains instance-specific master and layout files. Because this folder is not modified during upgrades, it provides continuity between versions of Cartella. Custom changes stored here do not need to be re-implemented after software updates.
Important
Views in custom folder (e.g.,
[Site_Root]\views\custom\entity\editform.cshtml) override
views in corresponding original location
([Site_Root]\views\entity\editform.cshtml).
Note
If you modify or replace image files, it’s a good idea to put the modified files in the
Custom directory (e.g., Custom\Images). When you do so, you’ll need
to ensure that all image references in the site’s CSS files point to the correct folder.
