Viewing Survey Results

Prerequisites: A user with moderator+ module permissions or the item creator with contributor+ permissions must select the Public Answers checkbox for users to view survey results. See Editing Surveys for details.

After creating a survey and receiving answers from users view the results in a table.

View a table of the survey results.

  1. Navigate to [name-of-folio] > [name-of-survey-module] > [name-of-survey].
  2. Click View Results.

    The Survey Results table displays. Each column header represents a question in the survey.
  3. Click the column headers to sort data in ascending or descending order.
