Restoring Users


Prerequisites: Users require site administrator permissions to complete this task.

Deleted users display on the Deleted Category Management view. Deleted users don't have access to their Cartella account, permissions, or created content.
Note
Restored users regain access to their account and maintain their group memberships and permissions prior to deletion.
  1. Log in to Cartella.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Users.
  3. Click View Deleted.

    Click View Delete to View Deleted Users

  4. Choose one of the following steps.
    • Click the deleted category and select Actions > Restore.

      Click CTRL+Shift to select multiple users.
    • Click the Restore or Purge (|) button in the Purge/Restore column of the user's table row.

      • Click Restore.

    Cartella restores the user(s).
    Tip
    Click Normal View to view active users.
