Displaying Role Table Headers


Prerequisites: Users require site administrator permissions to complete this task.

Make columns visible in the Role Management table. Available column headers and information types include:

  • Name: Name of the role.
  • Permissions: Permissions associated with the role.
  • Edit: Access point to edit associated permissions.

Note
Click the headers to sort the columns in ascending or descending order in the Role Management table.
To display column headers in the Role Management table:
  1. Log in to Cartella.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Role.
  3. Click Headers.

    The Choose Headers dialog displays.
  4. Optional: Enter the initial letters of the header in the Search field.
    1. Click Filter.
      Cartella filters headers in the Available Choices list.
  5. Select the header(s) to add in the Available Choices list.

    Click CTRL+Shift to select multiple headers.
    Note
    If applicable, use the page arrows to navigate to headers.
  6. Click the right arrow button.

    Select Headers to Display

    The headers move from the Available Choices list to the Selected Choices list.
  7. Click OK.
    Cartella displays the headers in the Role Management table.
