Downloading CSV Files in Folios

Prerequisites: Users require folio administrator+ permissions in the folio to complete this task.
Note
Users who have both folio and site administrator permissions, see Viewing User Activity Report in Cartella Site Settings for details to download an activity report for the full Cartella site.
Download a CSV file of the folio Activity Report information within the past 30 days.
To download the folio Activity Report CSV:
  1. Log in to Cartella.
  2. Navigate to [name-of-parent-folio] > Manage > Activity Report.
  3. Click Download CSV.

    Sample file name of a downloaded CSV file: 131.csv
    Cartella downloads the CSV to your computer.
