Asset General Properties

This option provides you with a quick way to view general properties of assets and asset folders selected in the Assets Tree.

To view General Properties:
  1. Navigate to Assets > Assets Tree.
  2. Select an asset in the Assets Tree.
  3. Click the Properties tab.
  4. Select General Properties in the Options menu.

    General Asset Properties

    General Properties Descriptions:

    PropertyDescription
    xIDUnique ID of the selected asset.
    SchemaName of the asset schema, which is linked to the schema in Schema Designer.
    Assigned ToUser assigned to the asset.
    StatusIndicates if selected asset has been checked in or checked out.
    CreatedDate and time when object was created.
    Last UpdatedDate and time when object was last saved.
    Changed ByUser that last made changes to the asset.
    WorkflowName of workflow applied to the asset.
    Workflow StateCurrent workflow state of the asset.
    Workflow NotesNote included after clicking the Advance in Workflow button.
    Version Notes: CMS 10.1+
    Select the Exclude from InSite Search Indexing option if you don't want this asset to be included in InSite Search indexes.
