Viewing Page Creation Rules Assigned to Groups

Administrators can grant group access to page creation rules (PCRs) in a similar way as granting group permissions. Granting group access to PCRs, however, takes place outside the Users/Groups Manager.

To view a group's available PCRs:
  1. Navigate to Administration > Users/Groups > Groups.
  2. Select the appropriate group from the list.
  3. Click the Page Creation Rules tab. The table displays the PCR's name, default setting, and, if applicable, associated workflow.
