Licensing
Prerequisites:
In access or update licensing information for the Cartella site instance. Under Existing License Information, view the details of the current Cartella license.
Details include:
| Field | Information |
|---|---|
| Company | Company that holds the license. |
| Version | Number of the current Cartella version. |
| Issue Date | Issue date of the license, which depends on your Ingeniux Cartella purchase arrangement. |
| Expiration Date | Expiration date of the license, which depends on your Ingeniux Cartella purchase arrangement. |
| User Licenses | Maximum users allowed in the Cartella site instance. Note Navigate to to view the total users currently in the site.
Total Users displays in the User
Info area. |
| Seated User Licenses | Maximum seated users allowed in the Cartella site instance. Note Seated users have permission to create folio items. If the
user's Has Seat checkbox permission is selected, the
seat count includes the user. Note Navigate to to view the total of available seats currently in the
site. Seats displays in the User
Info area. |
| Database Server | Number and title of the SQL database server. |
| Database Catalog | Name of the database catalog. |
| Currently Installed Version | Full Number of the currently installed Cartella version. |
Note
To change any of these fields (e.g., increase the maximum number of users or seated
users), contact your Ingeniux project manager to update your license.
