Using Advanced User Search


Prerequisites: Users require site administrator permissions to complete this task.

Specify conditions to build an advanced search query. Search by:

  • Header: Specify the table column.
  • Search Options: Specify the search function for the value.
  • Value: Specify the value.

To perform an advanced search for users:
  1. Log in to Cartella.
  2. Choose one of the following steps.
    • Navigate to Settings > Users.
    • Navigate to Settings > Users > View Deleted.
  3. Click Advanced Search.

  4. Build the search clause:
    1. Select a column header in the Header drop-down list.
    2. Select an option in the Search Options drop-down list.
    3. Enter a value in the Value field.
  5. Optional: Click the add (+) button to create another search clause. Add and build search clauses as needed to complete the search query.

    Click the delete (x) button to remove a search clause from the query.
  6. Click Search.
