Creating iCalendar (.ics) Files for Outlook

You can import events from your Cartella calendar, via the iCalendar file, to your existing Outlook calendar.

To create an iCalendar (.ics) file:

Navigate to the folio where your calendar exists.

If you have not created the folio that contains the calendar, see Creating Folios.
In the folio module navigation, click Calendar.
The Calendar area opens.
In the Events area, click Add to Outlook.
The iCalendar file with the default name appointment.ics downloads to your pc.
Import appointment.ics into Outlook.
