Deleting Surveys

Prerequisites: Users require at least one of the following:
  • Users require moderator+ permissions for the module to complete this task.
  • Users require contributor+ permissions for the module and must be the item creator to complete this task.
How to Delete Surveys | Delete surveys from the survey module.

Deleting a survey sends the survey and results (if applicable) to the module's Deleted view. Folio Administrators and moderators choose to restore the item to the module or permanently purge the survey and results from the database. See the Deleted Manager View for details.

To delete a survey:
  1. Log in to Cartella.
  2. Navigate to [name-of-parent-folio] > [name-of-survey-module].
  3. Choose one of the following steps.
    • Navigate to [name-of-folio] > [name-of-survey-module] and click Delete in the survey entry row.

    • Navigate to [name-of-folio] > [name-of-survey-module] > [name-of-survey] and click Delete.

      Delete Survey via Survey Item View

    A dialog displays to confirm the deletion.
  4. Click OK.
    Cartella deletes the survey from the module.
