DITA Map Manager is the nexus for most administrative tasks involving DITA maps. For example, while DITA maps can be published from the Assets area of Ingeniux CMS, administrators have the option of publishing any DITA map under the DITA root folder from the DITA Map Manager in Administration, where it is easier to search for individual maps.

DITA Map Manager has two types of views:

• Main DITA maps view: This is the initial view administrators encounter when entering the DITA Map Manager. This view displays the aggregation of all DITA maps under the DITA root folder configured in DITA Setup.
• Details DITA map view: When administrators select a particular DITA map, the details view displays alongside the main view.
