Downloading Out-of-Sync Reports

Prerequisites: See Schema Designer Prerequisites for details.

You can download out-of-sync table data for schemas as Excel spreadsheets.

To download a report:

Navigate to Administration > Schema Designer.
Choose one of the following steps.
- Select the Synchronization view. Select the schema in the Schema drop-down list.
- Select the schema from the Component Types tab in the Management view. Click Sync in the Actions menu. The Synchronization view displays.
- Select the schema from the Component Types tab in the Management view. Click Edit in the Actions menu. The Create/Edit view displays.
  - Click Sync in the Schema Actions menu. The Synchronization view displays.
Click the appropriate Find out-of-sync... button. The results display items not synced with the selected schema.
Click Download Report. Ingeniux CMS downloads the Excel spreadsheet to your computer.
